At 9:00 on July 12, 2025, the grand topping-out ceremony of Changjin Photonics' High-performance Special Optical Fiber Production Base and R&D Center Project was held, marking a phased victory in the project construction. Senior leaders of Changjin Photonics, leaders of the general contracting unit China Electronics System Engineering No.2 Construction Co., Ltd., partners from all parties, and representatives of internal employees attended the ceremony to witness this important moment!

At the ceremony, Mr. Liu, General Manager of Changjin Photonics, delivered a speech on stage, stating that the smooth topping-out of the Changjin Photonics project is attributed to the participating parties including the construction unit, the construction company, and the supervision unit, which attach importance to details, strictly control the quality, and put the building quality in the first place.
